Exciting Update! 

We are thrilled to announce the successful facilitation of the prestigious International Leadership Program (ILP) in partnership with our esteemed client, PUMA Asia Pacific!

Held at the luxurious Hotel Hilton in the heart of Bangkok, this three-day event has been nothing short of amazing!

Over the past two days, participants delved into a dynamic leadership simulation exercise that significantly enriched their learning experience. The energy in the room was palpable as individuals assumed roles spanning top, mid, and front-line management, coming together to address real-life leadership challenges. 

A standout moment was the impactful 360-degree feedback session, during which the leadership skills of 20 exceptional participants from 11 different countries and regions in Asia were celebrated and shared. 

But the ILP journey doesn't end here! Over the next six months, each participant will embark on an Action Learning Project. This project will serve as a tangible measure of growth and progress as they continue to evolve as leaders. 

We feel privileged to be part of this transformative experience and eagerly anticipate witnessing the growth and success of these aspiring leaders!
