On May 28, 2023, an exceptional event took place as Mr. Quazi M. Ahmed led a visioning exercise during the follow-up Team Retreat at the Canadian High Commission in Bangladesh. His adept facilitation skills and insightful approach left a lasting impression on all participants.

It was evident that Mr. Ahmed's collaboration with High Commissioner Her Excellency Dr. Lilly Nicholls was characterized by mutual respect and genuine camaraderie. Dr. Nicholls' down-to-earth demeanor, preferring to be addressed as Lilly, and her unwavering dedication to the team's well-being were truly commendable.

A significant part of the program's success can be attributed to the seamless teamwork between Mr. Ahmed and his co-facilitators, Fahmida Karim and Md. Maruf Billah. Their combined efforts were instrumental in creating an atmosphere conducive to productivity and engagement.
